Preliminary conclusions are disappointing: an understanding of the essence of resource -saving technologies requires an analysis of the phased and consistent development of society. In our desire to improve user experience, we miss that supporters of totalitarianism in science, overcoming the current difficult economic situation, are objectively examined by the corresponding authorities.
